Before starting her own practice, Hiral has worked as a Guidance Counselor at an international school, working with students from Grades 9 to 12. Those years gave her a front-row view of how students evolve from early curiosity to serious career questions, along with how parents seek reassurance at every step. She conducted weekly guidance sessions, one-on-one counselling, psychometric assessments, parent meetings, and exposure programs such as university fairs and campus visits. This hands-on experience helped her develop a grounded, realistic approach that balances ambition with suitability.
With professional experience and formal training as a Certified Career Analyst and Counselor, Hiral blends structured assessment with genuine human connection.
